[6.0.x] Refs #36810 -- Avoided infinite recursion in LazyNonce.__repr__().
Moved nonce generation in ``django.utils.csp.LazyNonce`` to a function
to avoid infinite recursion in ``SimpleLazyObject.__repr__`` for
unevaluated instances.
