Adjusted `get_template()` behavior to support partial resolution, with appropriate error handling for invalid names and edge cases. Introduced `PartialTemplate` to encapsulate partial rendering behavior. Includes tests and internal refactors to support partial context binding, exception reporting, and tag validation.
