2011-06-30	Fixed #16050 -- BACKWARDS-INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: Moved static files of the ↵	Jannis Leidel
	admin to conventional file system location. This also removes the need for ADMIN_MEDIA_PREFIX and replaces it with the convention to find admin's static files at STATIC_URL + 'admin/'. 2008-11-16	Removed the hidden import rules in the contrib.admin stylesheets. Each ↵	Wilson Miner
	individual stylesheet is now linked to explicitly from the template where it's used (in the extrastyle block), with the exception of widgets.css, which is imported by forms.css, but still available separately for reuse.
