gnu: python-python3-midi: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/audio.scm (python-python3-midi):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:tests?>: Disable them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
[description]: Improve style.
