gnu: python-pysm3: Use python-numpy-1 and python-healpy-1.18.
* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-pysm3):
[phases]{relax-requirements}: Do not force NumPy v2.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-healpy and python-numpy; add
python-healpy-1.18 and python-numpy-1.
