gnu: go-go4-org: Add all missing inputs.
* gnu/packages/golang-xyz.scm (go-go4-org):
[arguments] <test-subdirs>: Run tests for the whole Go module.
[propagated-inputs]: Add go-cloud-google-com-go,
go-cloud-google-com-go-storage, and go-google-golang-org-api.
[native-inputs]: Add go-github-com-envoyproxy-go-control-plane.
