build-system/glib-or-gtk: Add MIME directories to $XDG_DATA_DIRS.
Fixes an Evince regression introduced in commit 3d243e9.
* guix/build/glib-or-gtk-build-system.scm (data-directories): Check the
/mime sub-directory.
