gnu: Allow guile-dotenv-cli to find its dependencies.
* gnu/packages/guile-xyz.scm (guile-dotenv-cli)[modules]: Add
guile-build-system's modules.
[phases]<wrap-binaries>: Simplify and add nyacc to the dependencies.
