gnu: python-trio: Update to 0.28.0.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-trio): Update to 0.28.0.
[arguments]: Add phase 'ignore-deprecations.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-astor, python-jedi, python-isort, and
python-pytest-asyncio.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-async-generator.
