gnu: python-cymem: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-cymem):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Drop them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
