gnu: debootstrap: Improve package.
Mainly benefit from search-input-file instead of substituting
manually.
* gnu/packages/debian.scm (debootstrap)
[source]: Reindent.
[arguments]: Reorder them.
<#:phases>: Rewrite them, simplify tedious and sometimes
erroneous substitutions. Improve style. Remove unwanted scripts.
<#:modules>: Introduce them.
[inputs]: Add kali-archive-keyring.
