gnu: python-pytest-asyncio: Update to 0.24.0.
* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-pytest-asyncio): Update to 0.24.0.
[source]: Swap to PyPI tarball as a fresh release contains tests.
[arguments]<tests>: Enable them.
<phases>: Remove 'pretend-version phase.
