gnu: python-pytest-fixture-config: Update to 1.8.0.
* gnu/packages/python-check.scm (python-pytest-fixture-config): Update to 1.8.0.
[build-system]: Use pyproject.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest and python-setuptools-git; add
python-pytest-bootstrap, python-setuptools, and python-six.
