* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-distro): Update to 1.9.0.
[build-system]: Use pyproject.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Skip 3 tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
[home-page]: Fix permanent redirect.
