gnu: snakemake-5: Fix build and tests.
* gnu/packages/python-science.scm (snakemake-5):
[source] <snippet>: Delete versioneer.py script and relay on Guix's
custom package instead.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Skip the whole group of test_lint tests.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-wheel; add python-versioneer.
