* gnu/packages/databases.scm (python-sqlitedict): Update to 2.1.0.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Skip one test.
<phases>: Use default 'check.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
