gnu: python-moto: Update to 5.1.5.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-moto): Update to 5.1.5.
[arguments] <test-args>: Run tests in parallel. Skip 10 more tests.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-pyparsing.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest-xdist.
