gnu: python-parameterized: Update to 0.9.0.
* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-parameterized): Update to 0.9.0. Fix build.
[build-system]: Swap to pyproject-buid-system.
[arguments] <phases>: Add 'fix-tests, and use default 'check.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-nose; add python-pytest,
python-setuptools, and python-wheel.
