gnu: guix-data-service: Use ‘search-input-file’ and ‘which’.
* gnu/packages/web.scm (guix-data-service)[arguments]: In
‘wrap-executable’ phase, use ‘which’ and ‘search-input-file’ instead of
relying on input labels.
