gnu: python-zeroc-ice-3.6: Fix build on python@3.12.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-zeroc-ice-3.6.5-python-3.12-support.patch:
Add patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-zeroc-ice-3.6): Use it.
