* gnu/packages/kde-internet.scm (kio-extras): Update to 25.08.1.
[source]<snippet>: Fix including libproxy.
[arguments]<#:test-exclude>: Exclude "filenamesearchtest", "thumbnailtest" and
"testkioarchive".
<#:phases>: In 'check phase, replace the tests to exclude with the test-exclude
argument.
[inputs]: Add knotifications and libproxy.
