gnu: bpftrace: Fix tests.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (bpftrace)
[arguments]: Replace #:test-target with #:test-exclude.
<#:phases>: Add 'fix-paths and 'set-test-filter.
[native-inputs]: Add coreutils.
