gnu: gnumach: Don't truncate kernel messages.
* gnu/packages/patches/gnumach-kmsg-overflow.patch: New patch
* gnu/local.mk (dist_path_DATA): Register patch.
* gnu/packages/hurd.scm (gnumach): Add the patch.
