gnu: python-openid: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-openid)
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:phases>: Remove use of coverage in 'check phase.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-coverage. Add python-setuptools,
python-wheel.
