gnu: Remove python-contextvars.
Note: This package implements a backport of Python 3.7 contextvars
module (see PEP 567) for Python 3.6.
Not maintained sicne 2019 has no users in Guix.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-contextvars): Delete variable.
