window displaying a buffer named *Completions*, we should
additionally check that that *Completions* buffer is actually
for the current completion session.

These were there to work around deficiencies in how Eshell produces

Try and handle the case where `pcomplete-parse-arguments-function`
directly returns a list of completions.

use of it doesn't. Try and catch those cases. Also fix one of
those cases.
