Disable usage of unicode for which-key by default
* lisp/which-key.el (which-key-dont-use-unicode): Set to t.
(which-key-separator, which-key-ellipsis): Ensure that these
options are set after 'which-key-dont-use-unicode', as their
default value depends on it.
