Avoid background fills on parent during child frame resize/move/hide
* src/xterm.c (x_suspend_background_fills)
(x_restore_background_fills): New functions.
(x_set_window_size, x_set_window_size_and_position)
(x_make_frame_invisible): Use them (bug#80961).
