Use compound literal in lisp_h_make_fixnum_wrap
* src/lisp.h (lisp_h_make_fixnum_wrap) [USE_LSB_TAG]: Use compound
literal, not cast. This pacifies -Wuseless-cast when building on
Fedora 44 x86-64 with ‘./configure --enable-gcc-warnings
CFLAGS='-O2 -DDEFINE_KEY_OPS_AS_MACROS'’.
