new "use the class name" policy for backends. This is a BACKWARDS-INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE for anyone using a manually specified EMAIL_BACKEND setting. If you have manually specified EMAIL_BACKEND, you will need to append ".EmailBackend" to your existing EMAIL_BACKEND setting. LazyObject called a public method ``get_all_members`` on wrapped objects in order to allow introspection. This could easily cause name clashes with existing methods on wrapped objects, and so has been changed to use the standard methods. This change is backwards incompatible for anyone that is using the named URLs introduced in [9739]. Any usage of the old admin_XXX names need to be modified to use the new namespaced format; in many cases this will be as simple as a search & replace for "admin_" -> "admin:".
